The Shape-origin finding rate is already zero, so the intervention has nowhere to act
Context
Q13 rules that Headwater owns the language and that emitters never chain. Emitted JSON Schema should lower the rate of invalid front matter that reaches a check.
Obligation
The instrument is the coverage report's finding rate for Shape-origin rules.
Discharge
The emitter exists now, the instrument reads zero, and the claim is no closer to a test. headwater export --format jsonschema --profile default writes a schema out of the facet and kind declarations. This corpus now declares a second profile, site, so a bare --format with no --profile refuses rather than picking one. Two check families reach it. A required facet becomes required, and a facet with a declared value set becomes enum under a guard that admits a mapping or a list.
Three constructions were refused rather than shipped. A root oneOf over one schema per kind reports an error where the native check reports none. An abstract kind and its descendant accept the same front matter, so a valid document matches two branches. So the schema selects a kind under if and then on a declared discriminator. For a shelf whose kind the directory carries, it states a binding instead. A prohibition on a facet reports an error that no check reports, so the emitter drops it and the loss set records the drop. A bare enum rejects a value that the check declines to read, so the guard above admits what the check admits. A differential test refused all three, and it is the reason the two rules may name this target at all.
Over this corpus the four Shape-origin rules run 144 instances and report no finding at all. The rate that the claim wants to lower is thus already zero, and the intervention has nowhere to act. The measurement wants an adopter whose front matter is wrong, and an editor with the schema bound to the globs that the artifact names. If that rate does not move there, the staging order is wrong and SHACL has as good a claim to the first slot.
